File Upload


📌 The File Upload Field allows customers to upload their own files directly on the product page — perfect for personalized products like custom prints, logos, or documents.



🔧 Basic Configuration


  • Name – Change the display name shown to customers.
  • Required Field – Make the field mandatory before form submission.
  • Column width - Option represents a percentage of the overall width, e.g., 100%, 50%.
  • Add-on Price – Add an extra cost when a customer fills out this field.
  • Per file Add-on Price - If the file upload field allows multiple images, you can price each image individually.(Advanced Plan Feature)
  • Conditional Logic – Show/hide this field based on other option selections.



âž• Allow Multiple Uploads


  • By default, customers can upload only one file at a time.
  • you can enable multiple file uploads.




Allowed File Extensions


  • Specify which file formats are allowed (e.g., .jpg, .png, .pdf, .docx, etc.).
  • This helps control what types of content are submitted and ensures compatibility.

  • Min & Max number of files
  • Min & Max file size
  • Min & Max width (px)
  • Min & Max height (px)
  • Plan-based file upload limits


  • Basic Plan - 20 MB per file / 10 files per upload field / 90-day expiration
  • Advance Plan - 50 MB per file / 20 files per upload field / 180-day expiration
  • Plus Plan - 100 MB per file / 30 files per upload field / 270-day expiration



🧠 Conditional Logic


  • Use Conditional Logic to show or hide the file upload field based on other input values.
  • Great for customizing form behavior depending on customer selections.
